Defending of Wall Rose Arc: "The Shifting Rebellion"

"Who are you?" Chadwick asked the shifter. Chadwick was now in a new cloak. The shifter didn't answer, he shifted his head letting his long blonde hair flow to the side of his Military Police uniform.

"Maybe I can knock some sense into him..." Orion said, walking up and cracking his fists

Markus's arm was in a sling, his cloak on around it. "Answer you sack of shit." Markus said through gritted teeth, he raised his right leg and sent a kick to his groin, causing him to double over in pain, or how ever much he could double over, in his restraints.

The shifter coughed and moved his knees together. "You're those kids aren't you?" He muttered.

"Kids?" Markus asked, lifting his leg and stomping it onto the shifters hand, which rested on the arm of the chair, twisting it deeply into his hand.

"Those kids.." The shifter muttered. "The ones that the commanders trusted with a military division?" He coughed.

Chadwick spoke up. "Yes we are, now who are you?"

Markus released his foot, and stepped back next to Chadwick.

Caroline sat next to Annabelle and Camille. "I wonder what they're doing to that guy.."

"Killing him probably" Axel said, hearing. He was leaning on a wall with his arms crossed

Caroline nodded slowly, looking towards the ground. "Anyone up for some dinner? I'll cook." She said, trying to change the subject.

Camille held the shifter's jacket. She opened up one of the pockets on it and pulled out a piece of paper with a leave next to it. "What could this be..?" She wondered out loud.

The shifter looked up at Chadwick. The three could note that the shifter had small stubble on his chin. "My name is Inigo Montoya.." He started speaking in a french accent. Chadwick slapped the man.

Markus rubbed his eyes with his good hand, and walked over to the guy. He picked up an old pipe that was laying on a nearby table. He stepped back, held the pipe up and swung it at the mans shin. "Answer his question." He said calmly as he stepped back, holding the pipe in his one good hand.

Chadwick held his hand onto the pipe Markus was holding. He took it and dropped it onto the table. The shifter gave a snicker. "My name is Jonathan Ultri, I work for a group of scientists that are searching for a reason as to why titans exist, if we understand why, we can probably help them."

"Bull shit." Markus said, almost in a yell. "If you were trying to find a reason for why they exist, you wouldn't aid in the killing of the innocent."

"You caught me, turn me into my superiors." Jonathan stated. "What if I told you, I know where your reasons for killing titans are." He leaned forward in his seat.

Camille unfolded the paper. "It's a picture of a forest.."

"Continue." Markus said, standing next to Chadwick and Orion.

"Let me see that." Caroline said, looking at the paper. After a moment she got up and ran to where the guys were. "You guys should see this.." She said before rushing back to the others.

Jonathan smiled. "That's my ticket, bon voyage!" he shouted. He lifted his feet and kicked off of the table from inside the meeting room. He lifted himself up and ran towards the window in the hallway that was in front of the meeting room. He smashed through it and started falling through the air. He then bit the inside of his cheek and lightning erupted in the area. The 14 meter titan shifter landed on it's feet and burst away from the castle.

Chadwick ran to the broken window and watched the shifter run. "Shit! We can't let him escape!" He hopped out the window, his arm got caught on one of the broken pieces. He was about to shoot the 3D gear he had when lightning shot into his body and he shifted into his titan form.

Orion Jumped out of the window and grappled onto a Tree, Causing him to swing, He started to Tail Jonathan

"Leave the cripple."Markus muttered as he ran down stairs to the others, he grabbed the paper from Caroline. He looked at it and his face changed. "Get the horses, we leave immediately."

The sound of Chadwick's footsteps rumbled throughout the plains as he got closer to Jonathan. They dodged trees and landmarks as they raced through the plains.

Back at the castle. Sarah got on her horse and sped off in the direction of the footsteps followed by everyone else.

Orion wasn't too far behinf Chadwick, Soaring through the air // Axel followed the others

Annabelle caught up with the others, they all looked and watched Chadwick chase Jonathan. "Do you guys think it's heading to the Forest of Giant Trees?" She shouted over the wind. She was in front of Martin and Frederick.

Jonathan stomped into a large river in the plains. He ran and water splashed up. Chadwick followed him into the river.

Orion hooks onto Jonathans Arm, trying to swing towards his Nape

Jonathan did a propeller effect with his arm causing Orion to lose his grip. "Orion!" Frederick shouted over the wind.

Jonathan kept running, even faster now. Chadwick was hot on his tail as the two entered a nearby forest near the Karanese District.

Orion flew in the air, He looked and saw the Karanese District was filled with Titans. "Shit!" He yelled, he fell but recovered, landed on Fredericks horse "Get to the Karanese District, Now!" He yelled over the wind

Sarah turned her head and noticed the two titans gone. "Changing Course!" She veered her horse and sped off towards the Karanese district, which the gate was left wide open.

Jonathan dodged trees as he ran through the forest. Chadwick did as well. The two titans eventually stopped once they got mid way through the forest. Jonathan's titan bent down as a person who appeared to have 3D Maneuver gear shot up and over Jonathan's neck. Chadwick opened his eyes inside the nape, the person was wearing a black cloak, nothing was visible except his legs, which had black boots over grey pants. The person shot their 3D Gear at Chadwick, latching onto his forehead. Chadwick tried to swat it off although it was too late. The attacker shot at Chadwick and pulled out a gun that looked like a flare. He held it out towards Chadwick and fired. A red gas went into the titan's eyes. The person covered their mouth and nose, landing their feet on Chadwick's forehead, they hopped and shot back to Jonathan. The nape on Chadwick's titan opened up and Chadwick's body flew out. He plummeted to the ground, his uniform still in tact the only thing that was missing was his gear. He landed on the ground as the titan fell to it's knees. Chadwick blacked out from the fall.
