Attack on Wall Rose Arc: "A New Tomorrow"

Sarah stood on top of Wall Rose a few hours later. She and the others wereto help kill and distract Titans in the Trost District while had closed the hole with a boulder. She hooked her 3D Maneuver gear and looked across the wall, Eren and two other people were not far across the wall.

" A human that can turn into a titan. I don't believe it's some 'experiment' I think this guy was born with it. These dumbasses barely know the basics of titans, how are they going to create one their selves?" Markus said, mostly to himself more than anyone else.

Martin overheard Markus and decided to speak up. He had finished setting his 3D gear up. "Who knows." He mumbled. "We don't live exactly in a world with the truth, who knows what's real anymore."
Annabelle was standing next to him, she seemed more serious than normal as she nodded to what he was saying.

Caroline stood near Annabelle. "I'm worried about Markus." She whispered. "He got wreckless out there, almost used all of his gas. If he does that again, we may not be there to stop him."

Annabelle grabbed her blade holsters and hooked them to her belt. "You mean losing gas like Chadwick had supposedly done?" She asked.

Caroline gave a slight nod. "Markus is all I have left, and I'm not trying to sound selfish. But if I loose him to something as stupid as an empty fuel tank..." She trailed off, crossing her arms and looking at the ground.

Markus stood at the wall, looking down at the titans. Images flashed before his eyes, he closed them and rubbed his forehead. He stood back, tripping over the edge of a canon and falling backwards, towards the titans below.

Luckily, Frederick was standing nearby and he had grabbed onto Markus's arm just before Markus was able to stumble off the edge. He pulled him back up using the strength he had. "Don't want to fall now, do you?"

Markus didn't say anything, he just pulled his arm away and began to leave. The 'death' of his best friend has taken it's toll.

Frederick still sat on the concrete of the wall. "Welcome?" He muttered. He turned his head to see Sarah holding a hand out offering to help him up. He grabbed her hand and pulled himself up. "Thanks." He muttered only to get a nod back.

Caroline ran up to Markus. "What the fuck? Frederick just saved your life and the only thing you can do is walk away. Stop being a fucking coward and man up." She said, her eyes narrowed and her fists clenched.

Markus turned around, pure shock on his face. "Want me to stop being a coward? Fine." He said and then ran off the side off the wall, getting about two feet from the titans grip, he then shot his grapple out towards a roof, slicing the nape of a titan as he flew past it.

Martin ran to the edge of the wall. 'Where is that jackass going?' he thought. Lucky at this time, the green flare for the mission was already fired. Soldiers got into position to stand at the wall and attract titans as others shot into the district to kill the rest of the titans. "Let's head out!" Martin called, feeling little power as he ran along the edge followed by Sarah and Caroline while Annabelle and Frederick stayed at the wall to distract titans.

"I don't know about you, but I'm going to assist the others. I'm afraid something bad happened" Orion said, when he stared out from the smoke emerging due to Eren going "Rouge"

Sarah nodded after Orion as she continued running along a rooftop she was on. She hoped off and held her blades to her side as she shot her gear out at a row of 3 titans. The grapple pulled her out as she slashed her blades side to side, back and forth on the two sides of her body until she had killed the 3 titans that were in front of her.

Annabelle held onto a flare back at the wall. She tossed it in her hands. "I have the red flare. You have the green one, right Fred?" She asked. Frederick nodded and held it up in the air. He almost slipped his finger onto the trigger but quickly pulled it back.

Orion sped past buildings, dodging them left to right, he sliced through Titan necks as if they didn't matter, still making his way to the site

Frederick looked off to the opposite side of the wall where he noticed two figures standing observing the district. He noticed one to be Commander Pixis of the Garrison and the person standing next to him, who stood slightly shorter than he did. This person was wearing a dark, navy blue cloak over his torso and head. The only thing visible were his legs, which were sporting the white military pants and brown boots.

Martin slashed a titan's neck as he flew past Axel. "Any news on the boulder?" He shouted over the wind.

"Nothing so far. I think the mission was a failure" Axel responded, he landed on a house, taking a break

A red flare shot into the sky. Martin turned his head. "Could be.. However, we still need to help clear out the titans until we're ordered to head back." He landed next to Axel then quickly shot off towards a few more titans.

Markus spotted a 15 meter titan about a hundred feet in front of him. He shot a grapple at a building near it, and started to attack it. He then saw a flare go up, following the smoke downward, to it's origin he saw Commander pixis standing next to a figure in a blue cloak, he got distracted as he watched, he turned around to be less than five feet away from the titan, it swatted him. Markus landed on a roof, fell off and then hit the ground with a thud.

The man took a step forward but was immediately stopped by Pixis. "Let him be.. We need to watch." Pixis stated. The man grit his teeth, the only part of his face that was visible was his mouth and chin, everything else was covered by the hood. He stepped back and watched Markus get swatted down.

Markus stood up, holding his head. He looked up at the titan and grit his teeth, he shot to the roof where he had hit. The titan was now starting to walk away as other soldiers passed by. Markus's eyes narrowed, he shot his right grapple towards the titan, hitting a chimney near it's arm. And his left grapple behind him, hitting another roof top. The suspension between ropes left him suspended in the air. He closed his eyes, twisted his torso to the right, and let go of both grappls, the right one just a second after the left. The momentum of the released suspension sent him in a spiral. He held his blades out to his side as he passed the titan, it sliced it's head off, and Markus landed on a roof top near by. (In the Iron man landing pose thing) Out of breath and slightly dizzy he looked up at Pixis.

Pixis nodded, he turned his head towards the man's direction who had also turned his head where he had seen another soldier pass by. It was Orion.

Markus caught his breath and stood straight. He thought back to when he was swatted, the hooded figure had tried to jump down and help him, but Pixis had stopped him. Why? He quickly shook the thought away as he shot off in the opposite direction.

Orion landed on a house roof as a 15m followed by two more ran towards him. The front lined Titan made a hand out as he went for Orion, who quickly jumped onto the Titans arm. He ran up the giant arm and hooked onto the next titan, turning to cut the nape as Orion is launched to the 2nd Titan. Orion zoomed past the 2nd titan as he lands on the last titans forehead. Orion jump as he realed his hook in. Stabbing his two swords into the 2nd titans nape, he released the blades and hooked onto the 3rd Titans head, as Orion flipped above the titan, he pulled out a small looking object. He aimed it for the nape of the last titan as a loud boom was heard, the 3rd titan fell as Orion landed on a house roof, reloading his new Handcannon he made himself.

The man kept a straight face as his hidden eyes looked down at Orion's weapon. Pixis crossed his arms and nodded.

Caroline flew past the two, there were five titans, each 15 meters in a group. She ran along the side of a roof, shot a grapple into the center titans nape, flying towards them. She held her blades out, killing two titans that were next to the one with the grapple in it's neck. She quickly put her blades directly out in front of her, going through the titans neck. She slung around, releasing her hook and then flew at the remaining two Slicing their napes. Each titan fell with a thud as Caroline stood on a chimney, she let her broken blades out of the holsters, and then put her remaining pair in. They connected with a click as she stared at pixis and the hooded man.
