104th Trainees Squad Arc: "New Meetings"

"Hm, What were you talking about?" Orion asked, now sitting properly

"Just random things, introductions and such. She asked why I joined the trainees squad so I told her. That was all really." Chadwick stated. "It was all the time there was."

"Well, Must've been interesting to her. I don't see otherwise" Orion said

"We'll see about that later on. You may have a girlfriend by the time we graduate." Markus grinned as he stood and walked over to the cracked wood door, he saw someone walking to them, so he hurridly sat back down. "Someone's coming." He said, and then waited.

Everyone else went and sat at a table and looked as if they were bored. The door slowly creaked open.

Orion went back to his original sitting position, looking at the door

Katherine quietly closed the door behind her and looked through the crowd of people. Finally seeing Orion, Chadwick, and Markus in the crowd she walks over to their table. "The commander wants to talk to you three," that's all she said before turning around to walk out again.

Chadwick looked at Orion and Markus. He shrugged and stood up. "I guess we'll go right away.." He looked at Annabelle and Sarah. "Everyone else, I recommend getting to the food court, so you can get food in your stomachs." He walked to the door and opened it motioning for Markus and Orion to follow.

"Save me a spot." Markus said to Caroline before walking out the door, waiting for the others. He was kind of fitgity, not knowing what was going to happen next.

"Hm, I guess eating is a bad thing." Orion said, getting up. He sighed "Let's get this over with" he said, following the others

Chadwick walked through the night, he noticed the girl was already gone. "Why do you think he wants to see us?" He asked Markus and Orion.

"Is it possible for him to kick us out?" Markus said, slightly nervous as they approached where the commander was. He walked up to the door, and knocked. And then stepped back.

Chadwick shrugged. "He said he had some trainees leave in the past. Then went on a tangent." The door opened up and no one was in front of it. The three walked inside as the door closed. The commander sat at a dimly lit table.

"So sir, you called?" Orion said, looking at the commander

Markus didn't say anything, he just stood in between Orion and Chadwick, waiting.

The commander seemed different, he wasn't in his crazy self. He seemed dark and serious now. "You three. Sit down, if you would." He waved to the table.

Markus nodded and walked to the table, sitting in the middle of the three. He sat straight, with his hands folded in his lap.

"You three.." He stared at them." One of you, each, please tell me, why you joined the trainees squad."

Chadwick gulped and spoke first. "To rid the world of titans and kill them alongside the survey corps so I can avenge my family." He looked at Markus.

Markus spoke next. "To rid the world of titans, it was a pact me and Chadwick made three years ago after the fall of Wall Maria. And to protect the girl I love." He said, he had started sweating a little bit.

Orion was perfectly calm "I have a "Personal" hate for titans. I'd like to destroy every one of them also" He said, he crossed his arms. It was like this was a normal day for him

The commander nodded. "Perfect qualites, excellennt goals. You three could be qualified for the job.." He muttered and looked at the lantern. Expecting anyone to ask him what they meant.

"What kind of job?" Orion asked, he looked more interested now

Markus narrowed his eyebrows as he awaited the commanders response, he shot a side glance at Chadwick. Thoughts came rushing into his mind all at once about what he had said.

The commander looked at Chadwick in particular. The commanders from each of the three military divisions got together deciding it'd be most efficient if they created a fourth division where a soldier was commanding it. It would take on the responsibilities of the other three divisions and would focus on each and every soldier. Entitling it the 'Brigadier Force' as Dot Pixis, commander of the Garrison, would call it. You three seem excellent to be it's leading soldiers, although it'd mean you'd have to train with myself in a private session, learn how to sword fight, and all that is necessary."

"Sounds tempting. I'd like to take that offer" Orion smirked, leaning back
